There’s so much going on this year – whew! But let’s focus on some great art events that will take your mind off everything ELSE going on in the world. Check out a few exhibitions, installations, and activities that you’ll want to get on your calendar this winter.

There’s a new exhibition of “Wonderfully Abstract” by Linda Nunes showing in the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors Chambers. This rotating art display is up through July 14, 2025 at 700 H Street.
Visitors can explore the collection on days when meetings are in session – so be sure to check the online calendar and plan your visit.
Did you know that the county has over 350 pieces of public artwork? More than 60% of these are by local and regional artists. We are lucky to have city ordinances that allocate money for artwork on any new capital improvement projects. Explore the Public Art Archive to check out more than 200 locations you can visit for free!

Don’t miss out on music, refreshments, and amazing artwork in the Crocker Kingsley 2025 exhibition at Blue Line Arts. February 15 from 5-7PM is their Encore 3rd Saturday Reception and they will be announcing the People’s Choice Award at 6PM.
